Rejected Reality: Changing the Render Size in Poser 6

Visual Reality: Tutorials: Poser

Setting the Render Size in Poser 6

You can set Poser to render at a different size from the display window size. How you do it differs slightly depending on whether you're using Poser 5 or Poser 6.

  1. On the menu, click Render, and then click Render Dimensions.
  2. The Render Dimensions dialog is displayed.
  3. To keep the image proportions the same as they currently are, check Constrain Aspect Ratio. When you enter a new value for the width or height, the other one will automatically be updated.
To change both the width and height, changing the proportions, leave Constrain Aspect Ratio unchecked.
  4. To change the render image width, type a new value in the Width field. You can also specify a different unit of measure.
  5. To change the render image height, type a new value in the Height field. You can also specify a different unit of measure.
  6. If you've resized the document window in the workspace to the size that you want the image to render, you can click Match Document Window to set the render size to match the document window size.
  7. Click OK to save the settings. When you render the image, it will be rendered to the size that you specified.
